Exotic Mushroom Tapanade

INGREDIENTS:
4 tblsp capers 2 tblsp raisons 1 cup olive oil 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 LB small button mushrooms /2 LB shitake mushrooms Freshly ground black pepper & salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse two tablespoons of capers and dry on a paper towel. Add everything plus salt and pepper a blender or grinder (do not over blend to a paste). Texture should be course like tapanade. Add more salt to your taste. Let the sauce stand in a covered container at least 4 hours before serving. Spread on thin crackers. Garnish each one with a sprig of parsley or thin slicer of a lemon rind.
